Why there is no parking?it was so difficult to park the car and also got the damage on the car by the security guy.other than that it was good

breakfast very poor. no service. all eatables in breakfast were unhygienic, not covered, not hot served.

The staff is nice and friendly. The room was cleaned daily, but I was still not satisfied. There are several points of criticism: 1. The water in the sink overflow doesn't drain and emits a foul odor. This is also due to the design of the sink. 2. The bathroom is in dire need of renovation. 3. Some ceiling lights were broken or missing. 4. The cockroach problem in my room and the restaurant needs to be addressed urgently. 5. The kitchen staff should have the buffet completely ready by breakfast time; cereal and knives were only available upon request. 6. Given these shortcomings, the price of more than 5,500 INR/60 Euro is unjustified. Otherwise, it was okay, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Stay was very good. Front office service was very cordial specially Mr Salman was very cooperative. Mr Ashok from security service was always very helpful. Looking forward for stay in Park Continental specially during Ramadan where there is in house mosque and Iftair arrangements..
